As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LPCC) and military veteran, my focus is to serve other military veterans and their families. Although serving the military community is my primary focus, I am certainly open and available to others seeking guidance and support. Whether you are dealing with the stress of a recent deployment, transitioning out of the military, having separation anxiety, communication/relationship issues, or dealing with PTSD, there is no need to navigate these life struggles on your own. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness and counseling can help.
I started my career in counseling later in life but have always had a passion to serve others. My experiences as a military dependent, 9 year military veteran (Air Force 3 years and USMCR 6 years) and an Army Spouse for almost 16 years, has given me the experience needed to relate to the unique needs/lifestyle of the military family.
Taking the initial steps to reach out and begin the healing process may be difficult but but my hope and prayer is that upon meeting you will find an empathetic ear, a safe and peaceful environment along with a trusting and non-judgmental perspective to help you navigate whatever may be troubling you.
