We, at Play Therapy Essentially, PLLC believe that any person can change and improve their situation. There are no “cookie-cutter” interventions because each person has their own uniqueness. We are available to address such issues as stress, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, substance abuse, anger management, parenting concerns, family discord and trauma related issues.
We have a Registered Play Therapist, EMDR trained clinician, and Pre-licensed Counselors on staff to address trauma. Other areas of specialty includes substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. We utilize a strength-based approach to incorporate evidenced-based practices such as play therapy, Person-Centered therapy and CBT across the life span.
We invite you to address your concerns with a therapist who may include Humor, Expressive Arts, Sandtray Therapy, CBT, EMDR Therapy and Play Therapy interventions to help clients on the road to wellness.
