My clients are often high-functioning on the outside and exhausted on the inside — people who've been holding it together for a long time and are ready to finally put it down. Together we'll get underneath what's driving the pain and build something more solid.
With 20+ years of experience, I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions — including EMDR when appropriate. My approach is trauma-informed and evidence-based, collaborative and paced by you. Available Mondays in person and virtually across Connecticut all week.
