Making the decision to try therapy is intimidating enough. I aim to create a space that is both safe and embracing for anyone. It's important to have an ally to support and guide you as well as challenge you to grow. I have vast clinical experience working with adults, adolescence, and children. My area of focus is depression, anxiety, life adjustment issues, grief, trauma, addiction, relationship issues, self-esteem, and anger management.
I see counseling as a relationship and a process where myself and the client work as a team to seek an opportunity for change in addition to emphasize positive strengths. I work with clients to explore and define present problems and establish further future goals to improve life and work together in a space to reach these goals in a sensible manner.
I aim to develop a non-judgmental environment to provide guidance and support for clients to improve sense of self and awareness as well as meaningful relationships.
