Do you feel like you’ve been carrying life’s struggles on your own? I know firsthand how heavy that can be. Sometimes it feels like no one else could possibly understand the complexities of our depression, anxiety, trauma, or relationship struggles. I have witnessed, through years of this work, how vital and healing human connection can be. Whether you are an adult woman navigating the weight of trauma, a teen or young adult overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, or a parent striving to help your child through difficult times, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you face what feels unmanageable and discover new ways forward.
I see individuals throughout the lifespan with a specialized focus in children (as young as 5), teens, and the LGTBQIA+ community. I am trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy, EMDR, Expressive Arts Therapy, Sand tray Therapy, and Crisis Intervention. I also incorporate modalities like Internal Family Systems and attachment-focused work.
My goal is to provide you with a genuine, nonjudgemental environment in which you feel more understood, connected, empowered.
