Pilar’s approach to psychotherapy is grounded in modern research on the brain, trauma and attachment, as well as mindfulness. She sees individuals, families, and couples. Pilar is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her Master’s Degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. She is also a certified yoga teacher as well as a practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism for over 20 years. She lives in Ketchum Idaho with her family.
