At Piko Therapy, we believe healing happens in relationship. We provide culturally grounded care for keiki, teens, adults, couples, and families throughout Hawaiʻi. Rooted in Native Hawaiian values, we recognize that well-being is shaped by our relationships, families, communities, culture, and the places we call home.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, your relationship, or your family, we aim to provide care that honors who you are and what matters to you
Our Team
You’re used to holding a lot for others—your ʻohana, your students, your community—but underneath, you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stretched thin. You may understand your patterns, yet still feel stuck in them. I offer a grounded, supportive space for women—especially Native Hawaiian and Indigenous women, mothers, and caregivers in Hawaiʻi—to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and strengthen their capacity to navigate life with greater awareness, steadiness, and self-trust. You don’t have to hold everything alone.

I specialize in helping men and Pacific Islanders, who often suffer in silence because the spaces and support they need to resolve their concerns are not always available. Whether you’re dealing with high stress, low self-esteem and motivation, unresolved past trauma, or relationship challenges, support is available. When we allow these issues to fester, our performance drops and we slowly lose our sense of self – but you no longer have to carry the burden alone!
