I am known for my expertise with both children and adults who are struggling with PTSD, Bipolar,Mood Disorders. Anxiety, Addictions and co-occurring disorders. I work with family members whose lives are affected by thier loved ones mental health/substance use struggles. Whenever possible and appropriate I use a family systems approach. I have extensive training in trauma , co÷occurring dosorders and women in life transition.
I have worked for over 30 years . I utilize a solution focused CBT in my approach. I fully support the use of recovery supports, body/mind modalities and psychiatry .
My goal is to assist people to assess where they are and where they want to be. I will help you explore your options amd create a pathway to sustainable positive change. My style is very interactive.
