I work from a strengths-based perspective and incorporate pieces of DBT (for dialectical thought & behavior), CBT (for connecting thoughts and actions and challenging them), MI (for meeting you where you are at & rolling with you), and ACT (for understanding how to separate thoughts from self & discern core values). My approach is fluid depending on you!
I approach therapy with the idea that you deserve to have a comfortable, laid-back, and non-judgmental space that allows you to be unapologetically you.
