Healing begins when we stop trying to erase parts of ourselves and instead learn to honor every piece of our story. I provide affirming, trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, life transitions, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. Pieces of Becoming is an eight-session, biweekly group for BIPOC first-generation women ages 25+. Participants will explore the pride, pressure, and complexity of navigating education, first-generation American identity, financial stability, family expectations, and generational healing. Using culturally responsive CBT- and DBT-informed skills, the group will address emotional regulation, perfectionism, boundaries, scarcity, inherited patterns, and legacy. This trauma-informed space emphasizes connection, choice, and sustainable growth. Sessions are 90 minutes and cost $25 each. Private pay only. A brief consultation is required before enrollment. Pieces of the Puzzle is a supportive group for autistic and neurodivergent adults seeking greater self-understanding, connection, and practical skills. Participants will explore masking, burnout, sensory needs, emotional regulation, boundaries, communication, and self-advocacy in an affirming environment. The group will combine psychoeducation, guided reflection, coping strategies, and opportunities to connect with others who may share similar experiences. Members will be encouraged to honor their individual needs, recognize their strengths, and build sustainable tools for navigating relationships, work, and daily life with greater authenticity and confidence.

Pieces of Us is a supportive therapy group for same-sex and LGBTQIA+ couples who want to strengthen their relationship while continuing to grow as individuals. Couples will explore communication, emotional connection, conflict resolution, healthy boundaries, and understanding each partner’s needs. This affirming space helps couples identify relationship patterns, practice practical communication tools, and build greater intentionality while learning to grow together without losing themselves. Group fee: $60 per couple, per session.
