I have been in practice for over 35 years. I weave my Psychotherapy to suit the person that I am working with. Trained in numerous modalities, I respect and work with the psycho-socio-biological and spiritual parts of the person. Developing the therapeutic relationship and cultivating trust are primary in my work with my clients. Intuition, Perceptiveness and Energy Fields guide me as well. My strong interest with Trauma Work comes from my belief that we all have been traumatized in different ways. Being in the womb, leaving the womb and the birthing process are the beginnings of trauma.
Many clients are ADULTS and KUPUNAS (SENIORS). Depression, Anxiety and Trauma are most prevalent. I provide Individual, Couples & Group Therapy, Supervision, Consultation & Workshops/Trainings. In addition, I have an interest working with those with Cancer, Hereditary and those with the BRCA1 and BRCA2 Genetic Mutations. I, also provide Financial Therapy.
Born in NY and having lived in Brazil, Japan, Hawaii and now Florida, I am culturally sensitive. I have had much experience working with Brasileros , Hispanics, Asians, Pacific Islanders, Veterans, Military, LGBT and New Yorkers. Having been through years of my own Psychotherapy, I understand the process both intellectually as well as experientially.

Men's Support Group--ON LINE
Both Psycho-educational and Process Oriented. Group focuses on Men's Issues, Trauma, Loss, Assertion Skills, Coping Skills, Depression, Anxiety, Social Anxiety. Therapies Used: RET/CBT, Transpersonal, Reality Orientation, Self-Awareness, Assertion Training, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Cost is $35.00 per Group session. May be covered by your Insurance, Must be pre-screened by me prior to Group session.
