I work with preschoolers, children, adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, anger management, and identity issues whether they be around sexuality, gender, religion or culture. My years of experience have led me to believe that there is nothing more precious than our emotional and physical health, and the emotional and physical health of those we love.
Feeling at peace with oneself and with those around us comes through our connections with others. Despite these connections we can still feel emotional pain and unhappiness; talking with someone can often help. Yet seeking help for emotional issues can be daunting and takes courage.
