I utilize a systems approach to therapy, using my training in Structural Family Therapy, Relational therapy, Internal Family Systems, trauma model, and other modalities. I use these clinical skills and training, and my intuition, experience, and spiritual perspective to suggest appropriate ways to work together to meet your goals.
When children and teens come to me, I appreciate parental wisdom and will utilize it in our work. My aim is to provide a safe and respectful place for all who come to explore the questions and concerns brought to this process. Together we will begin to write a new page in your life story.
