I have 30 years experience in the counseling field and was a psychotherapist at a community mental health center for thirteen years. Clients are helped to gain insight, obtain clarity, replace negative self-talk with positive self-talk, make better choices, achieve inner and outer peace, etc. I specialize in working with adults.. Currently, I work as a part-time contract therapist at Covenant Youth and Family Services. My practice offers individual psychotherapy and couples therapy.
My practice specializes in depression, women's issues. and recovery from childhood abuse. I believe that I am good at stablizing those clients in need of it, in a reasonable amount of time. I love people and am passionate about my work.
Most insurances are accepted and I am a provider for numerous EAP companies ( services are paid for by the employer and free to clients). Evening appontments are available.
