Peace, confidence, contentment, a clear sense of self, and loving relationships are things we all want. For thirty years I have provided a service that helps people realize their greatest potential and promotes physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental balance whether young or old. I now offer life coaching services focused on personal growth.
I work with people who have been diagnosed with dementia and those who are struggling with memory issues as they enter the later stages of their lives. This work ranges from reminiscence to life story work and brings great joy in remembering wonderful moments of a life well lived.
Helping people become all they can be is my purpose and my passion. Everything you need to become the best version of yourself is already within you. I will be available to you and help launch you into new possibilities. Coaching is especially helpful during times of change and transition. I bring a depth of listening, insight and respect for each person.
Another note for those who are caregivers of a loved one who has dementia; My mother was in assisted living for 6 years. She was able to recall long term memories and it brought her and me great joy when she talked about moments in her youth. I will come to your loved one to coach him or her whether she is in a memory care facility or at home.
