Phyllis A Foley Counseling provides help and hope for the hurting. I have 30 years experience in counseling and 26 years as a Psychology Professor and Dean. I have been married for 46 years and have three adult children including fraternal twins. I have a granddaughter and grandson who help me stay current when working with children. I focus on empowering individuals to take control of their lives.
