I’m an Asian/Vietnamese psychoanalyst, LBGTQ+, Buddhist, immigrant, cisgender woman in NYC with a passion to help others relieve their life stressors, which has been heightened by wars, COVID-19 pandemic, ongoing racism/injustice, transphobia, homophobia, xenophobia, climate change, violence, and unrest in our world. Life stressors can cause a lot of suffering for people by placing strains on their mental and/or physical health, interpersonal relationships, and finances.
