My work has focused on supporting queer- and trans-identified individuals, survivors of trauma and oppression, and folks navigating complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief/loss and complexities in relationship to others. I believe some combination of human connection, embodiment and finding safety offer incredible opportunity for healing.
