Choosing to work through one's past, relationships, or current challenges can be a tough and bold decision toward empowerment. I believe we all hold the insight and strength we need and that it may take time to figure how to access these tools. It is my goal to work alongside you in this process. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space to allow exploration, connection and creativity in therapy.
My work has focused on supporting queer- and trans-identified individuals, survivors of trauma and oppression, and folks navigating depression, anxiety, grief/loss and complexities in relationship to others. I utilize trauma-informed practice from a feminist and queer perspective, incorporating Attachment and Psychodynamic theories.
