Using trauma-informed & liberation-focused somatic, parts work, brainspotting, and ecospiritual expressive arts therapy, we will focus on creating practices of grounding and resourcing, building reciprocal relationships, practicing boundaries, healing through trauma, resourcing through oppression, and integrating you within mutually affirming community.
