My approach combines cognitive-behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy and rational-emotive therapy to assist individuals struggling with family, workplace, individual, and addiction issues .I use a person centered approach when it comes to therapy, and need your input and guidance on the goals that you want to work on. Each client, gets a customized treatment plan that will meet your needs, because after all, who better to know what you need from treatment, than you.
My approach to therapy is a person centered approach. I offer opportunities to learn more about yourself, unhealthy patterns, and how to get out of the tangle of unhealthy thinking and behaviors.
