I provide CBT-Cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT-Dialectical behavioral therapy, TFCBT, trauma focused supports and guidance. Psychoeducation, parent support, developmental guidance for families with children struggling with behaviors, building self-esteem. motivational interviewing, healing from past trauma, coping and managing your anxiety.
The way to best help others is to connect to them as individuals, people with challenges that just need compassion, support and kindness in their journey of healing and becoming the happiest version of themselves.
