Phoenix Moon Healing is a group counseling office owned by Bethany Luna, M.S., LMFT-S. Our Mission is to provide safety, empathy, and reflections through counseling services, yoga, groups, retreats, and coaching to support clients’ personal empowerment and healing. We currently have 4 full-time counselors who serve a wide range of populations with various modalities. We strive to assist clients in transforming from unworthiness and hopelessness into hope and an internal knowing of unconditional love and acceptance. Our clients are ready and willing to have hard conversations and personally invest in their growth.
Our clinicians serve individuals from ages 5 and up. We support clients managing anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma as well as parenting support, child issues, couple concerns including infidelity and other sexually diverse presentations of relationships. We serve the queer community diligently. We are scheduling sessions within one week.
At Phoenix Moon Healing, we understand that the therapeutic relationship is the greatest predictor of client change. We strive for each person we meet to feel safe, seen, understood and supported in their journey. Scheduling is available directly on the website if desired. We are accepting associate license clinicians and interns for LMFT and LPC.

Groups
EMDR Resourcing Group - 6 Week Group begins 6/13
Designed to build skills to process trauma, anxiety, and depression. The group goal is to strengthen a "resourced state of being" using strategies from EMDR. With the intention for individuals to be able to access enhanced emotion regulation. Everyone's brain and body have a hidden gold mine of positive experiences that can provided support in the present when we face distressing thoughts and feelings. By the end of this group, clients will have created six resources for use in focused mindfulness and preparation for trauma processing in individual therapy, if desired. This group begins June 13th, 2024.

Somatic Movement Class - Begins June 13th
Marie Luna, LPC-S, RYT- 200 leads a weekly group yoga experience focused on gentle somatic movement to effectively manage and release emotional build-up within the body. Research largely supports and suggests that talk therapy in connection to breathwork, somatic release and movement provides optimal results of change. This group occurs on Thursdays at 7pm. We provide the space, cushions and mats necessary for the class. The cost is $20 per person.
