About
Hi! I am so glad you have found my page. My goal as a therapist is to listen, support, and empower you. I believe every person has a unique story and I want to hear yours. Together we can identify your struggles and create a personalized plan to promote growth and healing. Whatever you might be bringing into the therapy room, I am ready to offer care and support. In my practice, I like to utilize traditional talk therapy while incorporating art, mindfulness, and creative exercises that you find most beneficial.
Maybe you are a parent or caretaker of a teenager. Are you feeling stuck? I am well trained and educated in offering therapy to preteens and adolescents. I address behavioral issues, school stress, peer relationships, family conflict, and self esteem development. I want to help your teen produce positive change and develop coping skills as they
manage stressors and change. Let's do this together!
