I draw from DBT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based tools to support meaningful change. I also hold space for the ways identity, culture, and lived experience can shape how we move through the world.
With over ten years of experience, I’ve supported people through anxiety, depression, grief, systemic stress, and life transitions. I offer a compassionate space where you do not have to have it all figured out. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, but I am here to support you.
