As a Therapist I provide a safe, non judgmental, and compassionate environment for my clients to explore their own lives. My ideal client would come to therapy open, ready, and willing to engage in the therapeutic process. I believe that we are constantly creating and bettering ourselves and have the ability to overcome even life's hardest obstacles. We all have the ability to grow and heal and are capable of taking control of our own lives.
As an Eclectic Therapist I am passionate about using strength based practices to help my clients build the inner strength and resiliency to cope with their mental health. I utilize CBT, DBT, Art Therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness based practices to help teach my clients how to grow and overcome their own trauma, obstacles, behaviors, and conflicts.
