As a clinician, I strive to meet people where they are at and tailor treatment to their individual needs. This includes utilizing talk therapy, play therapy, and creative expression as means to process and heal from the inside out. I aim to foster feelings of connectedness and safety in the therapeutic space for all my clients, bringing a warm and compassionate energy. I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults who are working through anxiety, depression, identity discernment, parenting, relational issues, low self-esteem, trauma based disorders, behavioral concerns, and disordered eating.
The primary modalities I utilize are ACT, CBT, CCPT, and Sand Tray Therapy. I believe that with insight comes intentionality, and with intentionality can come change. I am dedicated to supporting my clients as they explore and build insights around their experiences, strengths, needs, and values to live a life that feels integrated with their whole self.
