I believe in creating a strong therapeutic relationship and shared goals with my clients. I believe it is part of my role to help you find a personal healing path, guide when needed, and to help make powerful changes to coping mechanisms that you wish to shift.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and have experience treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) symptoms. I most recently received training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy which focuses on resolving trauma by allowing the wisdom of the body to aid in healing and adapting new capacities.
