Welcome! I am Phoebe. I invite you to transcend the limitations of basic talk-therapy. I help clients reconnect with their core Self by integrating somatic therapy, attachment-based approaches, and internal family systems. My work is rooted in nervous system awareness, helping you understand your trauma responses along with what it's like to connect with yourself deeply. If you experience feeling overly emotional, or detached from your emotions, my approach may benefit you.
I specialize in helping adults heal from family-of-origin trauma, attachment wounds, and relational trauma, including intimate partner violence (IPV). I also support adolescents and young adults struggling with identity and connection, as well as neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients seeking affirming, attachment-based care.
