I believe every human has an innate capacity for growth and healing; my role as a therapist is to create the conditions that foster this positive change. I approach therapy collaboratively, tailoring my interventions to each individual's strengths, values, goals, and circumstances. I strive to meet my clients with warmth, compassion, and a lack of judgment.

I work with individual children, adolescents, and adults. My socioculturally- and trauma-informed approach is truly integrative/eclectic; I use interventions from a variety of modalities, including person-centered, emotion-focused, internal family systems (IFS), play/experiential, dialectical behavior (DBT) and cognitive behavioral (CBT) therapies.

Individual therapy offers a space for processing and examining your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This exploratory work can feel intimidating, but you don't have to do it alone. I look forward to connecting and walking alongside you on your therapeutic journey!
