Current openings for IDSP and LADC evaluations. I am also accepting new clients for in-person or online therapy. In my work with clients, I enjoy utilizing creative approaches to healing (ie. creative expression, movement, and yoga) with traditional best practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and EMDR. I provide individual and couples therapy for individuals (age 18+) who are: wanting to better their relationship(s); curious about their use of substances or ready to stop use; experiencing burnout; process addictions like sports betting and gambling addiction or technology addiction.
I have worked with individuals experiencing a diverse range of challenges, supporting them in creating a healthy life. I've had previous roles supporting individuals experiencing significant mental health issues, as well as individuals addressing addiction issues and seeking alcohol & drug treatment as an alternative to incarceration.
Utilizing a harm reduction approach, I am here to support you in figuring out the path that is right for you! Recovery is not cookie-cutter and I look forward to supporting you in identifying your definition of healing.
