As a clinician my goal is to assist clients to be the best possible versions of themselves. I want to empower you, provide you with tools to manage issues/concerns you have, and for you to live the best life you can! I work with individuals collaboratively to identify goals for treatment. I use a non-judgmental, warm, caring and compassionate approach with my clients along with a dash of humor and sarcasm.
I use evidenced-based methods in my practice and have extensive experience working with LGBTQIA+ folx with varying intersectionalities, chronic illnesses like Type 1 diabetes, anxiety, helping professionals, and college aged individuals.
