I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH19168), based in Yulee, Florida working with clients statewide via Telehealth. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Gottman for couples.
My approach to therapy is no pressure. I always strive to meet clients where they are. I work with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma. I mainly use a combination of Cognitive behavior therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. This allows clients to become comfortable enough to begin processing what they've experienced.
I have found that my style and approach fit best with teenagers, young adults, and adults who may suffer from anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, or relationship issues. Using my approach I have been able to help clients realize their strengths, navigate negative thoughts comfortably, and begin their healing journey.
