Connections Wellness Group's Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program serves ages 10 to 18 years old who are struggling with self-harm, chronic depression, feelings of hopelessness and helplessness, bullying, chronic anxiety with or without panic attacks, a low frustration tolerance, difficulty coping with a recent loss, death, or a traumatic experience, and thoughts of death/ dying. The program includes process groups, psychoeducational groups, experiential groups, a private school that works directly with the school district, and a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation.

Connections Wellness Group's Intensive Outpatient Program serves ages 10 to 18 years old who are struggling with symptoms of depression, feelings of hopelessness and helplessness, bullying, symptoms of anxiety with or without panic attacks, a low frustration tolerance, or difficulty coping with a recent loss, death, or a traumatic experience. The program includes process groups, psychoeducational groups, skills groups, a private school that works directly with the school district, and medication management.
