I've had training for anxiety, depression, complex PTSD, & sexual trauma. My military service & work with active duty service-members provided extensive skills utilizing numerous evidence-based interventions. I believe physical health significantly impacts emotional health, and I offer integrative & nutritional psychoeducation.
Through collaboration, we will ensure to build skills and implement environmental, nutritional, or behavioral strategies to adapt, overcome, and change presenting stressors.
