The first step in becoming a "BETTER YOU" is seeking help and I applaud you for taking this first step on your journey to health and well-being. As a counselor, my role is to listen and equip you with the skills, guidance, and tools you need to live your best life.
I work from a holistic approach integrating CBT, Narrative, Solution Focused, Play, Behavioral and Humanistic-talk therapy with a creative approach while promoting health/wellness. Each session is your space to discover helpful tools/skills to cope with the stressors of daily life and comfortably express inner thoughts and feelings.
My training and experience is in treating children, adolescents, and adults in individual, couple, family, and group therapy. I specialize in treating individuals with anxiety, depression experience with trauma, eating disorders, and adolescents with behavioral issues.
