About
I am a co-creator of the Nurture/Play/Structure Model of therapy. By focusing on Nurture, Play, and Structure, we have found that individuals and families are better able to recognize their strengths and challenges. They also report a better sense of who they are, what they need, and how to name these needs in relationships.
The NPS Model of Therapy provides a tool to address anxiety, depression, self-esteem, inter- and intra- personal relationships, and other issues. I employ this model with individuals, couples and families.
My areas of specialty include LGBTQ+ issues, trauma, and relationships. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, poly families, and ENM relationships.
