Many of us wrestle to find hope in our lives, move forward, or just make it through the day. Depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and loss can take away motivation, causing struggle and suffering. This can change. Perhaps you're determining which life path to take or are dealing with past trauma, abuse, or painful memories. You don't have to carry this weight alone. I provide an unbiased, nonjudgmental space for adults to explore what is hindering them and overcome obstacles in healthy, ways.
I am a trained clinician with experience counseling adults with concerns ranging from depression and anxiety to conflict and marital issues. My education includes a specialized focus in grief and bereavement counseling. As humans, we all face similar issues, so I am also LGBT-affirming and welcome clients of all cultures, races, and backgrounds.
Seeking guidance and help in coping with life's challenges isn't easy, but you’re already on the road towards health. Continue moving forward on this journey by calling, emailing or visiting my website to determine if I might be a helpful partner on your path to wellness. If I am not that person, I am happy to guide you to another the best I can.
