Many of my clients carry wounds from childhood, religious experiences, or relationships that have left them feeling disconnected from themselves and others. Together, we explore the patterns that keep them stuck, strengthen emotional awareness and communication, and build healthier, more authentic ways of living. I provide a warm, trauma-informed, affirming space where people from all walks of life—including members of the LGBTQIA+ community and those with non-traditional life paths or non-traditional religious paths—can feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to create a life that reflects who they are.
Since 2009 I have worked in the mental health profession and have worked as a counselor since 2012. I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor in the state of Mississippi and a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Service Provider in Tennessee, certified in EMDR by EMDRIA, and I am a Board Certified Telemental Health Provider.
