Together, we explore emotions, communication patterns, and new ways of being. I provide a warm, safe, and affirming space for people from all walks of life—including those in the LGBTQIA+ community and anyone with a non-traditional path—to feel seen, supported, and empowered to create a meaningful life.

Since 2009 I have worked in the mental health profession and have been working as a counselor since 2012. I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor in the state of Mississippi and a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Service Provider in Tennessee, certified in EMDR by EMDRIA, and I am a Telemental Health Provider.
