About

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist who has been practicing for 15 years. I specialize in treating anxiety, trauma, depression and couples conflict using evidence based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I strive to incorporate a good sense of humor, patience and insight while we are working toward the changes you would like to see in your life. You deserve to be happy and comfortable in your skin and I can be an advocate by your side until then.
Many people feel overwhelmed due to relational issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual abuse, burnout, pandemic related stressors. My past and current work includes non-profits, community mental health, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), courts, military, law enforcement, healthcare workers and national security settings.
I realize that the first steps toward change can be the most challenging but this is the time to put yourself first. Providing you with the proper tools to sustain positive change is just the first step to overall resilience. With CBT, supportive therapy, and mindfulness stress reduction, you can get a mental health tune up and maintain a positive outlook.
