These circumstances can result in, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, relationship and employment problems, addictions, choosing unhealthy relationships and activities which all can be harmful if left untreated.
I have been in the mental health field for many years and have experienced people with a wide variety of common struggles. I believe it’s important to heal the whole person, mind, body, soul and your social world. I use eclectic treatment solution based therapies. These include, mindfulness, cognitive processing and accelerated resolution therapies and more.
I’m a Christian, an active listener and a heart for people. I specialize in grief, loss, trauma, adjustment and transitions. I come alongside you without judgement to help. You set your own goals and we set the plan for success and healing.
