I work with individuals, couples and families to assist with any issues of concern.
As a Family Systems Therapist, I love to understand how our present growth issues are connected to who we are in relation to others. I am a thoroughly trained trauma informed therapist and I utilize interventions like EMDR and Brainspotting to process trauma with clients.
I have specialized training to assist clients so inclined to use spiritually-integrated psychotherapy and I am also available to assist clients specifically with Christian counseling if they ask for this.
