As a CA licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in helping highly creative professionals ( writers, directors, producers, animators, musicians, comedians, and performers in Film, TV and New Media) reduce stress, transcend limiting beliefs, and bring about positive change in their life and relationships.
My style is positive, caring, and reflective, and I tailor my practice to meet each client's needs, using Cognitive-Behavioral and Depth Psychology in a safe, nonjudgmental setting where warmth and humor is encouraged. I also offer EMDR, as needed, to help reduce the effects of trauma and PTSD.
I have offices in Burbank (near Disney, Warner Bros, etc), and the foothill community of Montrose (near Glendale, Pasadena, Eagle Rock, etc), however am exclusively offering virtual sessions at this time.
