Psychoanalytic therapy is an evidenced-based best practice that supports you to discover what you already know, to gather new information about yourself and to bring that all that knowledge usefully into the world. I have worked for almost 30 years with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings, and have supervised and trained clinicians for 15 years.
I work with adolescents and adults struggling through depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, substance abuse, college and life transition anxieties and cultural issues. It would be my great honor to be of help as you find your way toward a more fulfilling and engaged life. I negotiate fees privately with each person, taking finances into careful consideration.
