If you are just looking to just 'get rid' of anxiety, I may not be the therapist for you. Anxiety is a smoke detector. It scans our environment, our body, and our mind for signs of trouble. When it finds trouble, it sets off the alarm. So we need to address the fire, not the alarm. If you want to explore what it is that anxiety is trying to tell you, then I may just be the therapist for you.
In our sessions we will seek to find the authentic you. We will then determine what steps are needed to become the authentic you. Deep down we know who that person is. But life has a way of taking our attention far away from that authentic truth.
