I am highly trained and bring over 40 years of experience helping people from late teens to older adults with a wide variety of problems.

I provide Jungian-oriented and existential-humanistic psychotherapy, including dream interpretation. I listen to help you better hear yourself and your hopes. I use motivational interviewing to help you find the internal motivation to change. I also use personality testing to help us both understand you more quickly and to provide focus and direction.

Discussing the results of personality testing is a brief therapeutic intervention in itself. Facing one's problems takes courage, but it is the beginning of change.
