We will look at your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, values and goals; all those things which influence who we are and how we live our lives, but which sometimes can hinder or even harm. When we meet together, I try to make our visits safe, understandable, and meaningful for you. Supporting you to find a path through psychological challenges is my priority.
