I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 16 years of experience. I have practiced in a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatric facilities, addiction treatment centers, and community mental health organizations. My specialties include the treatment of anger, anxiety disorders, depression, grief and loss, OCD, post-traumatic stress disorder, and co-occurring substance use disorders. I hold an MA in Clinical Counseling Psychology from La Salle University and a PhD in Holistic Psychology from the Institute of Metaphysical Humanistic Sciences. Additionally, I have certifications in addictions, co-occurring disorders, and
I approach clinical work with an interdisciplinary focus and continue to educate myself in the areas of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, neuroscience, and psychopharmacology.
