Welcome. I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Certified Group Psychotherapist, and EMDR practitioner. My specialties include trauma, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, men's issues, technology addiction, climate distress, emerging adulthood, and blocked creativity. I'm passionate about helping clients connect with meaning and purpose in the human world, especially in the face of increasing technological alienation. This means embracing personal autonomy and responsibility, and making peace with things that are outside your control. Having compassion for yourself is essential, and we'll work on it from day one.
My approach is humanistic, existential and trauma-informed, and integrates psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and mindfulness. I am also trained in Attachment-focused EMDR for complex trauma.
