Welcome. I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Certified Group Psychotherapist, and trained EMDR practitioner. My specialties include trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, climate distress, and existential issues. I particularly have experience working with young adults and creative professionals, and providing group therapy. My work integrates several therapy approaches including psychodynamic/psychoanalytic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), existential therapy, and EMDR. We can work together to formulate a plan that is best suited to your goals and needs.
My core philosophy is acceptance & responsibility. We can’t get anywhere if we don’t acknowledge where we're starting. Having compassion for yourself is essential, and we can work on it from day one. Embracing your autonomy & responsibility for your life, as well as accepting what is outside your control, will free you up to heal and live the way you want.
