Through both relationship-centered and evidenced-based counseling, you can successfully improve all facets of your life. My goal is to help you identify the strengths that you already have and build other abilities so that you can effectively manage life’s challenges and attain your life goals. Working collaboratively with my clients, emotional well-being can be achieved.
For the past 32 years (Private Practice for the last 16 years), I have conducted individual, couples and family therapy sessions. Using strengths-based, solution-focused and insight-oriented approaches, you will feel supported, affirmed, respected and valued during our therapy sessions.
