Many of the people I work with are high-functioning adults who appear to be managing life well from the outside but are privately struggling with anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, ADHD, or major life transitions. I have a particular interest in men’s mental health and helping professionals navigate the pressures that come with demanding careers, relationships, and family responsibilities.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based treatments, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based strategies. With levity and warmth, I aim to help clients build lasting skills and develop greater psychological flexibility.
Finding a good fit with a mental health provider is essential, but it can be daunting. I invite you to reach out to me for a free consultation to help decide if I might be a good fit for you. If you appreciate a warm, free-flowing approach to therapy, you will find this work with me more approachable than you might think.
